Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do on TinyBio.me. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using TinyBio you agree to follow this AUP. We may update it at any time.
We reserve the absolute right to delete, suspend, throttle, or terminate any account, profile, link, or piece of content at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability or refund.
Violations of this AUP — including linking to prohibited content hosted elsewhere — may result in immediate, permanent removal.
1. No adult or sexual content
TinyBio is a strictly non-adult platform. You may not upload, embed, host, link to, redirect to, advertise, promote, sell, or solicit any sexual or adult content — even if it's hosted on another website.
Examples that are NOT allowed:
- Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit images, video, audio, or text
- "Softcore," fetish, lingerie modeling marketed sexually, or sexually suggestive content
- Links or redirects to OnlyFans, Fansly, JustForFans, ManyVids, Chaturbate, cam sites, escort directories, "sugar" sites, or any adult-entertainment platform
- Sex toys, adult merchandise, or adult subscription services
- Sexual services, escort or "companionship" listings, or solicitation
- Any content sexualizing, depicting, or referencing minors — accounts will be terminated immediately and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
2. You are responsible for every link
You may not use TinyBio to link to, redirect to, or embed any inappropriate or prohibited content — anywhere on the internet. The destination of every link on your bio page is your responsibility.
Prohibited link destinations include:
- Adult or sexual sites (see Section 1)
- Phishing pages, fake login screens, or credential harvesters
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, drive-by downloads, or browser exploits
- Scams, fake giveaways, fake support pages, or "wallet drainer" sites
- Pirated software, movies, music, courses, ebooks, or counterfeit goods
- Sites selling illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data, or hacking services
- Misleading affiliate cloaks designed to disguise the actual destination
- Sites that violate any applicable law in your or your audience's jurisdiction
Cloaked, shortened, or redirect URLs that ultimately resolve to prohibited content are treated the same as direct links.
3. Other prohibited content & behavior
You also may not post, link to, or use TinyBio for:
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats — content targeting people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Violence, gore, or self-harm — including content that promotes suicide, eating disorders, or terrorism.
- Fraud or deception — phishing, scams, fake "verified" badges, get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or misleading impersonation of brands or people.
- Misinformation — deepfakes, deceptive medical or election content, or fabricated news designed to mislead.
- Doxxing — sharing anyone's personal information (address, phone, ID, financials) without their consent.
- Regulated goods — firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, prescription drugs without authorization, tobacco, vaping products, or gambling services where prohibited.
- Crypto scams — rug-pulls, pump-and-dumps, unregistered token offerings, or "guaranteed return" schemes.
- Spam — bulk follow links, link farms, SEO-manipulation pages, or unsolicited mass messaging.
- Intellectual property abuse — using someone else's logos, photos, music, or trademarks without permission.
4. Don't abuse the platform itself
- No hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security or rate limits
- No bots or automated tools without our written permission
- No fake accounts, ban evasion, or sock-puppet networks
- No reselling or sublicensing access to TinyBio
- No impersonation of TinyBio staff, support, or other users
- No interference with another user's account or content
5. How we enforce this policy
When we believe content or behavior violates this AUP — based on our own review, user reports, automated tooling, or third-party complaints — we may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, do any of the following:
- Remove, hide, or disable specific links, blocks, or content
- Throttle or rate-limit your account
- De-index your profile from search results and our explore directory
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Permanently delete your account, content, links, subscribers, and data
- Reclaim your username and release it for others
- Refuse refunds for any unused paid time
- Report illegal content to law enforcement and preserve evidence
- Cooperate fully with court orders, subpoenas, and lawful investigations
We do not owe you advance notice, a warning, an appeal, or a reason — although we try to be fair when we can.
